ideal candidate will be responsible for estimating the costs of
both new construction and tenant improvement projects within the

Construction Estimator specializing in retail and office
construction is a highly skilled and experienced professional who
is well-versed in the unique requirements of commercial
construction in these sectors. This candidate should possess a deep
understanding of both retail spaces (e.g., stores, malls,
showrooms) and office buildings (e.g., corporate offices,
co-working spaces, tenant improvements). Job Offer Base Salary (
140,000 to 170,000 annually) Project completion bonus Health
