Client Care Coordinator Fort Lauderdale, FL (Onsite) 06/25/2025 - 08/08/2025 (Potential for extension) Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM As a Client Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring client requirements are met by collaborating with multiple internal teams. Primary Responsibilities: Follow up with brokers Work with numbers and prepare vouchers Order signage for properties Create tour books and surveys Develop email marketing campaigns Use InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (approximately 50% of the time) Previous commercial real estate experience is highly desirable Experience & Education Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience required High school diploma required Associate or bachelor s degree preferred Software Proficiency: At least 2 years of experience with InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite preferred Photoshop and Illustrator experience preferred Key Skills & Qualifications: Must-Have: Strong communication skills Dependability Creativity Exceptional attention to detail Professional demeanor Nice-to-Have: Prior commercial real estate experience Associate or bachelor's degree Pre-Screening Questions: This role requires strong InDesign experience please describe your proficiency and how you have used the tool in previous roles.
