Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Asset Management
Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain dashboards and recurring reports for software asset
management and ITAM workflows
Monitor software renewals and new purchases while interacting with
vendors for licensing support
Process user software requests and create custom reports using
Excel and other data tools
Required Qualifications
1-5 years of software asset management experience
Expert-level Excel skills, including pivots and comparative
reports
Deep knowledge of Microsoft user products and services within O365
and M365
Associates degree in an IT technical or relevant field or
equivalent certifications
Extensive experience with ServiceNow, Intune, and ITSM systems
