Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle Competitive hourly compensation Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a significant impact on patients' lives Competitive Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour Travel Reimbursement Job Details Conduct thorough at home occupational therapy evaluations for patients within Palm Beach County, FL Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide ongoing occupational therapy treatment to patients Monitor and document patient progress Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for home exercises Qualifications: Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes Preferred 1 year of experience in home health physical therapy New Grads are welcome to apply Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively CPR Certification (Required) Interested in hearing more?
