expanding our distinguished Psychiatry team with an opportunity for
a Board-Certified Psychiatrist who values clinical excellence and
comprehensive patient care. As a physician-founded practice, we
understand the importance of creating an environment where
psychiatrists can practice meaningfully, supported by a robust
operational infrastructure. You'll work within our
multi-disciplinary team of 150 mental health professionals while
maintaining the decision-making authority essential to psychiatric

clinical care on a frequent, recurring basis that exemplifies Rivia

diverse demographic of patients with an average caseload of 50
patients per week / around 8-12 per day (Caseload numbers may vary
based on clinical judgment, patient needs, etc.).Maintain a
consistent weekly patient care schedule in alignment with Rivia
Mind's standard productivity expectations. Follow Care Model
practices that emphasize continuity of care, high-frequency
follow-up appointments, and effective calendar management.Conduct
comprehensive intake evaluations and develop curated
patient-centered treatment plans.Curate comprehensive
patient-centered treatment plans and provide resources as
needed.Provide appropriate Psychotherapy practices that leverage
various modalities (CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, etc.) with
proper Psychopharmacology prescribing practices.Appropriately
prescribe medication prescriptions & refills, considering the best
judgment of the patient's well-being.Provides clinical support &
counseling to diverse patient populations in a tele-health
environment.Provide clinical guidance and valued input to patients
and peers.Comply with clinical standards and adhere to timely and
thorough session note documentation. (i.e. Notes submitted by
EOW)Participate in and support routine and ad-hoc clinical-wide
meetings and internal trainings to foster an engaging and
continuous learning team environment.Be an ambassador of Rivia

leaders. Qualifications, Skills & Attributes Required Education
Level: Doctorate Education Details:Earned a Doctor of Medicine
degree from an accredited schoolCompleted a Psychiatry residency
program, completing diverse rotations including Primary Care within
the training programCompleted a fellowship in Adult
PsychiatryAdditional residencies appreciated are: Neurology,
Internal Medicine, and Obstetrics-Gynecology
Licensure/Certification RequirementsActive and in good standing
license for at least one of these states:New York, New Jersey,
Connecticut, Florida, or Massachusetts as a Medical DoctorAn active
and unrestricted license to practice medicine and a DEA number for
at least one of the states listed aboveBoard-certified in
Psychiatry Additional Qualifications, Skills & AttributesIdeally, 1
(one) or more years of post-residency clinical work experience in
Psychiatry across the lifespanInterest in growing into a
Supervisory role within our practiceProven experience and desire to
support Psychotherapy treatmentPsychotherapy Modality experience

Compensation & Employment Details Pay Range: $220,000 to $2750,000
base salary Pay Type: Salary Bonus Terms: Our compensation package
includes a base salary based on compensable factors. Additionally,
clinicians are eligible for quarterly bonuses of up to $2,000 (up
to $8,000 annually), awarded based on defined metrics related to
clinical excellence and care model performance. Department:

Schedule We collaborate with each provider to determine a mutually
beneficial and sustainable schedule. Our focus is to develop a
supportive schedule that meets both the needs of our patients and
the providers' preferences. Your schedule will be determined with
you before starting the role. Our operating hours are M-F: 8 am to
8 pm and Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm, but we do allow a schedule to have
a start as early as 7 am, and end as late as 9 pm M-F.In-office day
is based on availability if hybrid work is preferredInclude at
least four(4) hours within your schedule, which should be after 5
pm on a weekday or have hours on the weekend. On-call is not
required, but checking and responding to emails on unscheduled days
is required unless on PTO.Having a consistent weekly schedule is
necessary, but start and end times per day can be different each
day of the week, as a set recurring schedule. We appreciate the
dedication and care our providers bring to their work and the
patients they serve. Occasional flexibility may be needed to
accommodate patient needs or support the growth of your caseload,
such as scheduling initial consultations, managing urgent concerns,
coordinating care with the broader team, and completing other
responsibilities. Please feel free to discuss this with the

and requirements further. Compensation Determination: The pay range
listed reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for this role,
determined through an internal compensation assessment that
considers similar labor markets to our practice across the United
States. Actual compensation is influenced by compensable factors
such as location, role responsibilities, required skills, relevant
experience, qualifications, role level, and applicable credentials.
It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of
the posted range. In addition to base salary, total compensation
may include bonuses, commissions, or other incentives depending on
the role. Location Eligibility: At this time, we are only able to
