e-commerce brand focused on delivering high-quality products and
digital-first customer experiences. We are looking for a Website
Performance Manager to own and optimize our e-commerce website with
one clear goal: drive revenue growth through performance, UX, and
traffic optimization. Role Overview As the Website Performance
Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our
e-commerce website—from user experience and conversion optimization
to SEO, SEM, and site speed. You will work also work on a bit of
marketing and design, to turn traffic into sales and improve
customer journeys. Key Responsibilities Own and optimize the
end-to-end performance of the e-commerce website Improve conversion
rates through UX/UI optimization Lead website CRO initiatives to
increase revenue, AOV, and retention Manage and optimize SEO and
SEM strategies to drive qualified traffic Oversee site speed,
performance, and mobile optimization Analyze data using tools like
Google Analytics, Search Console, heatmaps, and dashboards
Collaborate with designers and developers to implement UX/UI
improvements Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion rate,
bounce rate, and revenue Ensure website best practices for
usability, accessibility, and scalability Requirements Proven
experience managing and optimizing e-commerce websites Strong
background in UX/UI principles and conversion rate optimization
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and paid traffic performance
Strong analytical mindset with experience using analytics and CRO
tools Experience working with CMS platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce,
Magento, or similar) Ability to translate data into actionable
insights Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Must be based in Miami and available for on-site work Nice to Have
Experience scaling high-revenue e-commerce stores Familiarity with
performance marketing funnels Experience with email flows, landing
