Job Description:
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel with SaaS licensing
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate SaaS subscription agreements with schools and
districts
Review and negotiate vendor contracts and assist with RFP
responses
Provide legal support and guidance to cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of in-house legal experience with public and
private companies
Significant experience in drafting and negotiating revenue-based
SaaS agreements
Admission to any State bar in good standing
Experience with student data privacy laws and data security
practices is a plus
Prior experience in a cloud-based/internet software company
preferred
