Property Maintenance ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and reliable Property Maintenance Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations across our residential and/or commercial properties. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage vendors and maintenance staff.Key Responsibilities:Oversee general property maintenance, repairs, and inspectionsCoordinate and supervise vendors and maintenance personnelRespond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely mannerEnsure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained at all timesMaintain maintenance records, supplies, and equipmentCollaborate with property management on capital improvements and planningQualifications:Proven experience in property maintenance or facility managementStrong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair workAbility to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficientlyExcellent communication and organizational skillsValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to be on call for emergency maintenance as neededPreferred:HVAC or trade certificationsExperience with residential and/or commercial propertiesIf you're a self-starter who takes pride in keeping properties in top condition, we'd love to hear from you.PIdc752f7723c6-25660-37572847
