  Responsibilities
  
  • 
    
  • Drive store sales growth, promotional sales, customer service surveys/results, and fuel break-even
    
  • Manage store operating costs to be at or below plan
    
  • Ensure the store is fully staffed with succession plans, train team members to be proficient, follow training guidelines, and demonstrate core principles and competencies
    
  • Maintain compliance with fuel and merchandising programs
    
  • Support company initiatives and roll-outs, and implement changes effectively
    
  • Report and handle all safety incidents according to company guidelines
    
    Minimum Requirements
    
    • 
      
    • Must be 18+ years old; 19+ in Indiana; 20+ in Kentucky; 21+ in Illinois, Arkansas, Kansas, and Alabama
      
    • Must have a Bachelor's Degree or 1 year of continuous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
      
    • Ability to perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching
      
    • Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
      
    • Perform other duties as required or assigned
